Package Excludes 配套不包括:

1. Travel Insurance 旅游保险

2. Personal Consumption 个人消费

3. Meal Not Included 不包括餐点

Above schedule will be changed according tour day weather and other unpredictable conditions. In order to protect the interest of passengers, our farm reserves the right to add or delete activities.

以上行程将根据当时气候及其他不可预测而更动，在维护旅客的利益上，本农庄保有增加或删除活动的权力。

Our farm will charge a 50% deposit of the total amount to retain the date and room types.

本农庄会收取总额的50%定金以保留日期与房型。

1.Non- refundable, the deposit can be kept until next use.

本农庄没有提供退款服务，定金可保留至下一次使用。

2.Reservation date can be change by contacting with us, before 7 days departure.

预定日期可以联络我们更改，但需抵达前7天通知。

3.Customers can only change the dates of their booking once.

客人只能更改一次预定日期。

4.Customers Can Only Reschedule For The Same Or Higher Price. 

客人只能以相同或更高的价格重新安排行程。

1. Check-in time starts at 3PM and check-out time is 11AM.

入住时间是从3PM开始,退房时间是11AM。 

2.Prohibited to smoke in the guest room.

禁止在客房内吸烟。

3. Prohibited to cook and eat in the guest room.

禁止在客房内煮食及饮食。

4. Prohibited to burn incense in the guest room.

禁止在客房内焚香。

5. Prohibited to bring the following items: Pets, Durian, Mangosteen and Dragon Fruit.

禁止携带:宠物,榴莲,山竹和火龙果。

6. The facilities in the farm are only available for full package customers.

农庄内的设施仅供全包配套顾客使用。

7.  The personal belongings placed in the public places, karaoke room and the function room must be kept by the customers. Our farm will not be responsible for any loss.

在公共场所, Karaoke 房, Function 房里放置的私人物品需由顾客自己保管,如有遗失,本农庄一概不负责。

8.Please reduce the volume after 10 PM to avoid causing trouble or discomfort to others. 

夜间 10 点后请降低音量,以避免对别人造成困扰或不快。

9. Prohibited to take the equipment in the guest room out of the farm or move it to other places in the farm.

禁止将客房内的设备带出农庄外或移至农庄内的其他场所。 

10.Please cherish all the items in the farm, if anything is damaged, you will need to pay certain amount of money.

请爱惜本农庄的所有物品,如有东西损毁,将照一定金额索取。

11. The cost of lost or damaged door key is RM 100.

丢失或损坏房门钥匙的费用为 RM 100。

12.  If you need to change or extend the stay, please notify the registry before 11 am and pay for the accommodation.

如需要变更或延长住宿天数,请于上午11时之前通知登记处,并支付住宿费用。

13.  The deposit of RM100 must be paid at the registry. If there is no damage or loss during the stay, the deposit will be refunded in full upon check-out.

保证金 RM100须在登记处支付,如果在住宿期间,没有造成损坏或损失,保证金将在退房时全额退还。

14. If management realized that customer did not follow the rules and regulation, our farm has the right to terminate the contract.

如管理层发现顾客没有遵守以上条规,本农庄有权利终止住宿。
